The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: 1) Used, worn, altered, personalized or laundered items. 2) Custom items: custom made swimsuits, swim parkas, team logos or names, screen printed caps or swimsuits, or items purchased in quanities of more than 20 items at one time. 3) Closeout, sale, and bargain bin items. 4) Items returned more than 30 days after delivery. 5) Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing
parts including original manufacturer tags. 6) Any item that is not in its original packaging, or whose original packaging has been altered. 7) All Speedo Fastskin, TYR Aqua Shift & Nike Hydra are special orders. Sales are non-exchangeable, non-cancelable, and non-returnable, except for manufacturer defects.
Please call our office for a return authorization number (RA#). This number must appear on the outside of the package. All returns or exchanges must be sent to our store at Swim Exchange 245 Fischer Ave Ste. A-7 in Costa Mesa, CA 92626. All returns must be shipped prepaid and are the responsibility of the customer. Protect yourself from loss by insuring packages sent by mail or UPS.
Items returned for refund or exchange must be returned within 30 days from date of delivery. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. A 15% restocking fee is added to returns. The restocking fee does not apply to defective items. Refunds are granted to the original method of payment. Refunds are processed within 2 weeks and take additional days to appear on your credit card statement.
Returned goods must be in original and unused condition. Health Department regulations require that swimsuits be tried on over undergarments. Goggles and swim fins must be tried on prior to entering pool.
Exchanged merchandise is subject to shipping and handing charges. Allow 2-3 weeks after our receipt of the returned goods for processing returns & exchanges.
